In this year’s ranking published by Mergermarket summarising the activity of law firms in M&A transactions, DZP has ranked 2nd in terms of the number of transactional work carried out in Poland.
Mergermarket has published its annual global and regional ranking of law firms advising in M&A transactions in 2023.
According to the report, DZP has ranked 2nd in terms of the number of transactions in Poland and 16th in CEE market. Our experts advised on 18 transactions meeting the ranking criteria.
