The buyer of the shares, the German company Beta Systems DCI Software AG, a member of the Frankfurt-listed Beta Systems Software AG group, has expanded its portfolio to include the Polish company’s flagship product AutomateNOW! and will now be able to position itself as a leading player in the field of process automation.

With DZP’s support, the owners of the Polish company InfiniteDATA have sold 100% of the company’s shares to a German-listed company offering global IT solutions, Beta Systems DCI Software AG.

InfiniteDATA’s flagship product is the AutomateNOW! software, a WLA (Workload Automation) platform that is one of the products best rated by analysts. WLA platforms enable organisations to create, monitor and manage automated applications and infrastructure resources.

The merger with Beta Systems Software is a highly significant business move for InfiniteDATA launching the next stage of the Polish company’s global expansion. In turn, with this transaction, the buyer has gained a recognised tool proven on the market and as a result a leading position in the process automation programming sector.
