DZP advises ENGIE on the acquisition of five companies with PV projects

ENGIE Zielona Energia, a leader on the renewable energy market in Poland, has finalised the third tranche of the purchase of five photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 12.97 MW. The seller is Columbus Energy, a leading service provider on the modern energy market in Poland.

DZP advised ENGIE Zielona Energia, belonging to the ENGIE French energy group, on its purchase from Columbus Energy of the third and final tranche of companies implementing photovoltaic farm projects. In a transaction valued at over PLN 50 million, our client became the owner of five photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 12.97 MW.

The transaction, which was finalised at the end of August, closes the preliminary conditional agreement for the purchase of 100% of shares in companies implementing PV farm projects with a total capacity of 102.5 MW, which the parties concluded in December 2022.
