Didem Adlığ, who has worked in banks in Turkey and abroad for many years, specializes in project finance, banking law, structured finance practices and capital markets transactions.
Didem Adlığ represents domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and other obligors by providing legal services for all banking and financial transactions including project finance, restructuring, international trade and treasury products.
She carries out Public-Private-Partnership projects in energy and infrastructure sectors initiated between public authorities and private sector. Further, she has represented banks operating in Turkey and abroad with OTC derivative transactions and internationally agreed standardized financial master agreements as well as asset backed securities and bond issue.
