The addition of the team to DFDL significantly expands DFDL’s transfer pricing services in the region, including transfer planning and design, local and master file preparation, mutual agreement procedures, transfer pricing defense, Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), benchmarking, business restructuring and reorganizations, BEPS planning and compliance.
