Dentons Link Legal acted as the Legal counsel to Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited,Ambit Private Limited and IIFL Securities Limited for initial public offer of equity shares of Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited aggregating to Rs. 6,865.51 million comprising of fresh issue equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4,900 million and an offer for sale equity shares by selling shareholders aggregating to Rs.1,965.51 million. The IPO was subscribed over 37.28 times overall and the qualified institutional buyers components was subscribed over 86.37 times.
