Deal Description: Finbox, a Bengaluru based leading Indian fintech

company in the embedded finance space, raises $15 million (approx.) in

its Series A funding round from A91 Partners, Flipkart and Aditya Birla

Ventures and existing investor, Arali Ventures.

Advisory Role: Samvad assisted Finbox in end-to-end transaction

management, including review of term sheets, drafting and negotiation

of the Shareholders’ Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement and

Employment Agreement as well as other ancillary documents. We also

assisted Finbox in completion of conditions precedent related

documents and closure of the transaction.
