We are thrilled and proud to share Zul Rafique & Partners’ journey with Daythree Digital Berhad, following its successful listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on Wednesday, 26th July 2023. Led by our Corporate/M&A Partner, David Lee, we were the legal counsel for this initial public offering (IPO), which was reportedly oversubscribed by a massive 129 times. With this impressive level of subscription, it comes as no surprise that the price for its shares soared above the issue price of RM0.30 by more than 100% on opening. This journey started during the Movement Control Order (MCO) in 2021 when David advised and attended to the acquisition of shares by a promoter. This transaction translated to our participation in the IPO exercise last year and culminated to the listing on 26th July 2023.
