Charles Russell Speechlys Paris has promoted four of its lawyers to Of Counsel: Victoria La Scola in the Litigation team, Guillaume Ferrand in the Corporate team, Sarah Bergougnoux in the Private Client team and Aubéri Foy in the Employment team.

Our newly-promoted Of Counsels are:
Victoria La Scola – Litigation
Victoria La Scola advises French and international clients on litigation and arbitration matters over a wide range of sectors, including disputes arising from commercial relationships (breach of contracts, breach of established commercial relationships, etc.), product liability and shareholder disputes. Within the framework of her activity, she has developed a particular skill in the field of legal expertise. She is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Jean Monnet University of Paris-Saclay and a Master’s degree in International Law and Management from ESCP. Victoria is a member of the Paris Bar and joined the firm in 2014.
Guillaume Ferrand – Corporate
Guillaume Ferrand advises entrepreneurs and investment funds in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions. He also regularly advises on the implementation of management packages and the negotiation of shareholder disputes. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I). Guillaume is a member of the Paris Bar and joined the firm in 2015.
Sarah Bergougnoux – Private Client
Sarah Bergougnoux advises executives, family shareholders and their companies, both in France and internationally, on their wealth tax issues (structuring of family groups, transfer of professional and private assets, successions, trusts, real estate structuring, tax audits and litigation, international mobility and philanthropy). She holds a master’s degree in business law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), a double DESS in tax law and European law (University of Paris XII Créteil), and an LL.M. from the University of Kent (UK). Sarah is a member of the Paris Bar and began her career with STC Partners before participating in the creation of the Paris office of Charles Russell Speechlys in 2013.
Aubéri Foy – Employment
Aubéri Foy advises international companies and groups on all aspects of French labor law. She assists her clients in their judicial and extra-judicial proceedings and advises them on day-to-day issues related to human resources, whether individual or collective. She is a double graduate of the University of Paris X and the University of Essex (UK). Aubéri is a member of the Paris Bar and joined the firm in 2018.
