Boult Wade Tennant Partner, Catherine Wolfe, has been listed within the 2017 edition of Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) STARS Top 250 Women in IP for a second year running. She is one of only 20 selected from the UK.
The list, which recognises female IP practitioners for exceptional work for both their clients and their firms, includes some of the most well-known figures in the field from leading firms across the world. The list is based upon months of rigorous research conducted for the directory rankings, including interviews and surveys with clients and peers.
Catherine is internationally recognised as an authority on trade marks and attracts clients from a wide range of industries. Her IP practice involves advising on the creation, protection and exploitation of IP rights in a diverse range of sectors, including communications, financial services, technology and retail.
Catherine is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and presently sits on CITMA Council, the CITMA Executive Committee and the CITMA Brexit Task Force Committee. Catherine has also this year been invited by ECTA to speak about the IP implications of Brexit.
