Binder Grösswang advised Gittis Naturprodukte GmbH on the purchase of Sunray d.o.o., from Atlantic Droga Kolinska, Živilska industrija, d.o.o., and thereby indirectly a production plant in Mirna, Slovenia.
Gittis plans the long-term operation of the Mirna production plant and investments in new technology as well as the retention of its employees.
