FAST LEAN SMART Group GmbH invests in impactit GmbH and becomes Solvares Group.
Binder Grösswang advises Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and its portfolio company FAST LEAN SMART Group GmbH on the acquisition of a of impactit GmbH from its previous sole shareholder, founder and managing director on the Austrian side. The closing took place at the end of January 2021. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Together with another investment of FAST LEAN SMART Group GmbH, the companies will become Solvares Group, a European software house for the logistics industry.
impacit GmbH sells software for field sales under the brand name Portatour. Field sales staff can use it to organize their appointments and routes individually via a web-based app.
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG is a listed private equity company that has broadened its investment strategy in recent years and has, for example, targeted investment opportunities in IT service and software companies. The North German software developer FAST LEAN SMART Group GmbH, which is also active in the Netherlands and UK, has developed real-time software for scheduling and route planning to increase efficiency, i.e. the software optimizes the tours and routes of vehicle fleets and field staff as well as logistic processes.
