Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Russia) LLP is advising Sberbank Asset Management, a leading Russian asset management company, on its acquisition of a number of logistics property portfolios from several major developers across Russia.
The scope of the service provided by BCLP Russia includes analysing town planning restrictions, land matters, exploring case history on warehousing facilities, due diligence of target properties, including in terms of resource supply and connection to the utility infrastructure, construction and industrial safety, assessing the risks identified and producing a relevant legal position, due diligence on seller companies and corporate matters.
