DZP advised Budweg Caliper A/S, a company belonging to BBB Industries, an automotive parts manufacturer, with the Polish aspects of the transaction to acquire all the shares in Inter-Turbo sp. z o.o. Our work focused on legal due diligence and transaction advisory services. This is another automotive transaction in which our team was involved this year.
With the acquisition of Inter-Turbo, BBB Industries is expanding its customer base and also increasing its presence in Europe. This is another strategic step after the successful acquisition of Budweg Caliper A/S in 2022.

It has state-of-the-art machinery and highly qualified personnel and, through the use of strict procedures and repair techniques, offers products that meet the highest quality and technical standards.
BBB Industries is an industry leader in the sustainable manufacturing of starters, alternators, hydraulic and air disc brake calipers, hydraulic and electronic power steering products, and turbochargers.
