Perigon GmbH, a Sihl Group entity, has entered into a purchase agreement
regarding the acquisition of the shares of Trichord Ltd. from its shareholders.
TheUK based Trichord offers its clients technologically high-quality surface decors.
Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss legal advisor to the Sihl Group in this transaction.
