Wüest Partner AG acquired a majority stake in Signa-Terre Ltd. and 100% of Khephren Ltd. Founded in 2008 in Geneva, Signa-Terre has successfully established itself in the fields of collecting and processing energy consumption data from real estate properties and in the planning of renovation cycles. Khephren, founded in 2016 also in Geneva as a joint venture of Signa-Terre, Acanthe, and BG Ingénieurs Conseils, established a reputation for developing an independent, efficient, and innovative platform. The SaaS application is designed to enable intuitive review and control of the financial, technical and energy status of real estate portfolios.
