The Wiesendangen-based QualiCasa specializes in construction quality management and asset controlling.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Wüest Partner in this transaction. The team of Bär & Karrer was co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Raphael Annasohn and included Benjamin Grunwald and Djawad Kleist (all M&A), Jonas Bornhauser (IP/IT) as well as Manuel Schmid (Employment).
