Sumex AG, a fully-owned subsidiary of the ELCA Group, the Swiss leader in
engineering, development and business solutions, has concluded a strategic partnership with Secon AG, a process and data specialist for core insurance business. Sumex is acquiring a controlling stake in Secon to create the leading technology solution provider in Switzerland for the health insurance market.
