Sumeru Equity Partners acquired 100% of the share capital of beqom SA, a
Swiss-based provider of employee compensation management and performance software solutions for large companies of various industry sectors.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal counsel to Sumeru Equity Partners in this transaction.
