AVELLUM acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel to Coast2Coast, a South-African investment company, on acquisition of Poland-based Stella Pack by Bounty Brands, a part of Coast2Coast portfolio. Stella Pack is a major manufacturer and distributor of household products.
Coast2Coast announced acquisition of Stella Pack in September 2017. This transaction expands Coast2Coast’s portfolio of home products brands, as well as their presence in the Central and Eastern Europe.
AVELLUM conducted due diligence of the Ukrainian part of the target business and assisted with various commercial matters. White&Case acted as a global legal advisor to Coast2Coast.
This transaction diversifies our extensive portfolio of investment projects. Earlier this year, AVELLUM advised Deutsche Beteiligungs, a listed private equity firm, on investment in Dieter Braun.
