Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to Autoneum Holding AG in its rights offering launched on 14 September 2023. The targeted net proceeds from the offering of CHF 100 million will be used to partially repay the CHF 150 million bridge loan which Autoneum entered into to provide initial financing for the acquisition of Borgers’ automotive business.
