Schoenherr advised the sellers of Austrian digital signage integrator Peakmedia on Peakmedia’s acquisition by ZetaDisplay AB, a Swedish service and software company.

Established in 2012, Peakmedia is a leading digital signage integrator in Austria. The company has active installations in Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Italy and Switzerland across a blue-chip customer base. Peakmedia provides a comprehensive range of digital signage and audio services to its customers. This includes concept design, on-site installation, remote support and monitoring, and content creation.

ZetaDisplay AB is a Sweden-based service and software company that creates and facilitates end-user behavioural influence in a physical environment. ZetaDisplay is a full-service provider of communication solutions for influencing behaviour in stores, public spaces or office environments. The company offers a complete solution that includes concept and software development, installation and connection to market, including monitoring, operations and support.
