SyCipLaw won the Philippine Law Firm of the Year award at the first ALB Philippine Law Awards. The firm was also named Arbitration Law Firm of the Year and Banking and Financial Services Law Firm of the Year.
Transactions in which SyCipLaw was involved were also recognized as Debt Market Deal of the Year (the AP Renewables’ Issuance of First Climate Bond); and Project Finance Deal of the Year (the Mactan Cebu International Airport Passenger Terminal Project).
The Awards pay tribute to the outstanding performance of private practitioners and in-house teams that have significantly contributed to the evolving legal landscape of the region. The ceremony was held last October 14, 2016 at the Fairmont Makati Hotel.
