A.S
& Associates, as the exclusive Bangladesh member, joins TAGLaw®, a
worldwide alliance of independent law firms with more than 155 member firms
based in over 90 countries. TAGLaw members are
invited to join TAGLaw only after undergoing a comprehensive vetting and
selection process. Firms are carefully chosen based on professional competence,
commitment to client service, reputation within the legal community and recommendations
from existing members. Candidate firms are reviewed and if they satisfy
TAGLaw's criteria, the TAGLaw Advisory Board approves the candidate as a
member. Members then receive access to TAGLaw's international resources as well
as the multidisciplinary resources found within the broader TAG AlliancesTM
(TAGLaw, TIAG® and TAG-SPTM).

“This is a small step for TAGLaw, a giant leap
for A.S & Associates,” said A.S.A Bari, Barrister & Managing Partner of
A.S Associates. He assessed the value of the collaboration by stating- “We hope
that through our membership, the horizon of other member firms of TAGLaw will
be extended to Bangladesh, the way it promises to extend our horizon globally.”

In late
August, A.S & Associates was introduced to fellow TAGLaw and TIAG® members
at the TAG Alliances Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting in Singapore. A.S.A Bari,
Barrister & Managing Partner of A.S Associates represented the Firm in the
Regional Meeting.

“A.S Associates is an excellent firm, and we
are pleased to have them as members of TAGLaw. It was a pleasure to introduce
Bari and his firm to our Asia-Pacific members at our recent regional meeting in
Singapore. The breadth and quality of A.S Associates’ services, in combination
with their reputation and prominence in Bangladesh, makes their firm a dynamic
resource for our members and their clients”- said Richard Attisha, President of
TAGLaw and the TAG Alliances.
