The corporate and M&A department of Finocchio & Ustra Sociedade de Advogados advised Kaefer Group,which develops its activities in the sector of industrial services, in acquiring 100% of equity interest of Testtorque Do Brasil Ltda., specialized in engineering and services to oil and gas industry. As a result of the Transaction, Kaefer Group will strengthen its presence in the Brazilian market, offer new solutions and provide high quality services to a wide range of clients.
The Transaction was led by the partner Andrea Ometto Bittar Tincani and had the participation of Rachel Cerqueira Salvador Marques, Arthur Pereira Carvalhaes, Carolina Bueno de Oliveira, Marcela Steckelberg Nicoletti e Júlia Cristina Arruda Savioli, all from the corporate and mergers and acquisitions team of Finocchio e Ustra; Bruno Marques Santo, partner responsible for the tax advisory team, alongside Milton Schivitaro Neto and Gabriel de Oliveira Brejora; besides Veridiana Moreira Police, partner responsible for the labour team, alongside Giovanni Anderlini Rodrigues da Cunha.
