Osborne Clarke – Netherlands has assisted Sportway Media Group, a Swedish world leading AI-automated sports production company, on its acquisition, together with Broadcast Solutions, a German leading system integrator and provider of innovative solutions for the broadcast media industry, of Studio Automated.

The acquisition of Studio Automated, a Dutch based leading AI technology provider for automated and remote live sports production, allows Sportway and Broadcast Solutions to take a significant step toward building one of the world’s most advanced and scalable platforms for live sports production, combining AI-driven technology, software-defined workflows, premium broadcast hardware, and global operational expertise.
