On 3 February 2026, the board of directors of Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) resolved on a rights issue of SEK 504 million, subject to approval by an extraordinary general meeting. The rights issue is fully secured by subscription and guarantee undertakings from Fasadgruppen’s largest shareholders, board members, senior executives and other key employees as well as certain external investors. In connection with the rights issue, Fasadgruppen has agreed with its lending banks on certain amendments to its existing loan facility agreement.
