一、两部门印发《天津市企业新型学徒制实施办法》

日，天津人社局网站公布《关于印发<天津市企业新型学徒制实施办法>的通知
》。《办法》共十九条，明确新型学徒制根据产业转型升级和高质量发展要求，依据国家
职业技能标准和行业、企业培训评价规范开展相应职业（工种）培训。培养内容包括专业知
识、操作技能、安全生产规范、职业道德、职业素养、工匠精神、质量意识、法律常识、创
业创新、健康卫生等。支持企业生产岗位技能、数字技能、绿色技能、安全生产技能等领域
培训。
Abstract: On July 9, the website of the Tianjin
Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau released the
Notice on Issuing the "Implementation Measures for the New
Apprenticeship System in Enterprises in Tianjin". The
Measures consist of 19 articles, which clarify that the
new apprenticeship system shall carry out corresponding vocational
(job) training in accordance with national standards on vocational
skills and industry as well as enterprise training evaluation
norms, based on the requirements of industrial transformation and
