Career
Sam is a patent litigation trial lawyer with over 15 years of experience with a broad range of technologies, including biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductors, optical networking, 3-D capture and display, hard disk drives, and telecommunications software and hardware.
In addition to his work on patent litigations, Sam has trial experience on commercial litigations involving antitrust and royalty disputes with underlying intellectual property issues. Sam is also a registered patent attorney with experience representing clients in Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
While in college, Sam gained technical research experience working at Lucent Technologies – Bell Labs. While in law school, Sam worked for the in-house legal department of a semiconductor research and manufacturing company.
