Alejandro is a partner of the Banking & Capital Markets department.

In his daily practice at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, Alejandro advises banks, funds and corporations in local and international capital markets transactions, bank lending, acquisition finance, financing of infrastructure and energy projects (including transactions under the Argentine government’s PPP and renewable energy programs) and for the acquisition finance of aircrafts. He has participated in a significant number of transactions related to debt securities (sovereign/sub- sovereign and corporate) as well as shares/ADRs. Besides, he advises financial institutions and local and international companies on regulatory matters. He also has vast experience in private equity deals, bank financings and securitizations, as well as in debt restructurings, work-outs and advising clients regarding foreign exchange regulations.

Mr. Perelsztein obtained a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School in 2001 and completed a postgraduate degree in Oil & Gas in that same university in 2002.

He joined our firm in 2002 and between 2006 and 2007, he practiced as foreign associate in Shearman & Sterling LLP (New York).
