John Inglese

John is an associate in our commercial team, specialising in Data Privacy and Freedom of Information law.
John provides regulatory advice concerning privacy law compliance to a wide range of clients (including in relation to security breaches and regulator investigations). In addition, John also advises clients on E-commerce related queries.
John qualified in September 2015, following a training contract with Eversheds during which he completed seats in tax, commercial (technology), real estate litigation and corporate, in addition to enjoying a secondment to a FTSE 250 plc.
Prior to joining Eversheds, John gained significant commercial experience working in management positions within the media and advertising industries (including for a leading newspaper).
