Position

Partner Verónica Sattler leads our Public Services Regulation, Antitrust, Energy and Infrastructure areas.

Career

She counsels companies of energy, transportation infrastructure for public use and sanitation sectors on regulatory and legal matters, negotiation of concession contracts with the Peruvian Government, and legal design of private initiatives for the development of infrastructures.

Likewise, she counsels on antitrust matters, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Peruvian Antitrust Authority, including merger control proceedings.

She assists concession holding companies before the regulatory or granting authorities, and sponsors regulated companies in administrative processes. She participates in the preparation of regulatory projects in regulated sectors.

Verónica has been Director of PetroPerú, and has taught Projects Finance and Regulatory Management at prestigious universities. She is recognized as an expert advisor on public infrastructure projects and public services regulation aspects, having a vast experience in developing large infrastructure projects.
