Rafael Burgos joined the firm in 2011, where he practices law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate, commercial contracting and labor law. In these areas, he actively participates in providing advice to national and international companies with a presence in the Central American region, as well as to companies operating in El Salvador, taking care of their daily legal needs.

He has also participated in relevant mergers and acquisitions transactions in the telecommunications, energy, financial and hotel industry, where he has advised both sellers and buyers until the achievement of their commercial objectives, as well as financing of various national and international companies advising both debtors and creditors.

Finally, Rafael exercises his practice accompanying his clients in their daily operations, advising them in the fulfillment of their legal obligations in their specific industries, implementing innovative legal strategies tending to the implementation of new technologies in the operations of his clients. As additional activities, Rafael actively participates in the publication of various articles and as speaker in seminars on cutting-edge topics related to law and business.

According to his experience as a teacher, Rafael plays the role as headline professor of Civil Law at Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, as well as headline professor of Ethics and Internet´s Regulations in Escuela de Comunicaciones Mónica Herrera.
