Partner of Demarest’s Tax Litigation area, Priscila Faricelli holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from USP and a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from Escola Paulista de Direito in São Paulo. Faricelli is sought out by the main press vehicles in Brazil for her opinion on tax and procedural issues, most recently focusing on matters related to negotiations between the tax authorities and the taxpayers. She lectures frequently on the most important topics of Tax Law, having been invited to speak at events organized by both public and private entities as well as by the Judicial Branch. Priscila was recognized by Analysis 500 in 2016 as well as by the International Tax Review in 2017 and 2018.
