Partner of the firm, specialist in labour law, labour relations, management of collective and individual disputes. He is a renowned litigator, handles high-profile cases, and works on drafting complex legal defense strategies. He also advises on individual labour matters and social security.  

Roberto oversees putting together the strategy of hypersensitive processes, the design of response to demands, but also putting together the teams that will develop the strategy, structure of the technical muscle (team of lawyers for each stage of the process). 

He was a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2012 until 2020, professor at Universidad del Pacífico from 20211 until 2019, professor at Universidad ESAN from 2011 until 2014 and professor at Universidad Científica del Sur from 2011 until 2012. 

He has published several articles in different specialized publications, having also participated as a speaker on updated topics in labour matters.
