Career

Managing Partner of the firm, specialist in labour, regulatory and public law matters. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution and the design of legal, judicial and arbitration strategies. Some of his activities include consulting, designing labor and political strategies, and he is a recognized litigator, handling high-profile processes and designing complex judicial defense strategies.  

Luis is also a frequent advisor to the Supreme and Superior Courts of Justice and participates in labor matters as Amicus Curiae. He directs the Confiep Labour Committee, the business association that brings together the majority of the country’s business associations and has been a member of the Consultative Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.  

He is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and professor at Universidad de Piura. 

He is the author of several academic articles and books, including the “Guía Laboral” co-authored with Jorge Toyama, the best-selling labor book in Peru. He is a national and international speaker at seminars and webinars.
