Vinatea & Toyama restarted its activities in September 2019, after almost 20 years of having been part and having developed the labour department of Miranda & Amado. During that period, the area was positioned as the most powerful in the local market.
Vinatea & Toyama has 36 lawyers, including 7 partners, and provides counsel on labour relations, labour consultancy, labour dispute settlement, arbitration and litigation, collective bargaining, and migration. The diversity and complexity of the cases in which they intervene, as well as the profile of their clients and their presence in practically all sectors of the Peruvian economy, has placed the firm as the undisputed market leader.
The firm has decided to privilege: (i) A technological approach, which consists in developing a digital culture across the team and focuses its attention on the client; (ii) The flexibility and efficiency of its service delivery, which includes professionals from different specialties, and; (iii) Its vision of regional expansion, which leads it to offer labour solutions at local and regional level.
