Partner of the firm, specialist in labour law, labour relations, management of collective and individual conflicts and labour processes. He is recognized as one of the main references in labour matters in Peru. 

Jorge has been a consultant to the World Bank, IDB, USAID, ECLAC, UNDP and ILO. He is currently part of the Board of Directors of the Association of Good Employers (ABE) of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru-AMCHAM. 

He is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, professor at Universidad de Piura and professor at Universidad del Pacífico.  

He is the author of several academic articles and books, including the “Guía Laboral” with Dr. Luis Vinatea, which is the best-selling labor book in Peru.
