He has extensive experience in preventive advice; design of strategies, policies, and protocols for managing labour relations and conflicts; and labour audit, both with companies and groups of national companies and with a global scope.
Renato’s highlight of work is related to the provision of strategic and preventive advice, as well as the design of labor policies and protocols for the management of labor relations and conflicts.
He was a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2018 until 2019.
He has published several articles in different specialized publications, having also participated as a speaker on updated topics in labour matters.
