Testimonials

‘The team from TGS was very easy to work with. They had the abilities to both listen very carefully to what the client is aiming for and then also to explain the legal situation in a way that is easy to understand for the non-lawyer, clearly outlining their opinion of the situation. While doing that they also demonstrated a good understanding of the business needs and the specificities of the pharma market. They were good advisers, explaining the pros and cons of different options without pushing the decision in a direction they may have preferred.’

‘They showed a willingness to understand the situation, discuss the different options with their pros and cons and then diligently worked on the execution of the way forward we had chosen. I think it is important that I as a client get this kind of support, where it is clear that the final decision on the way forward lies with the client and the role of the legal adviser is to give the necessary support, outlining the legal risks of all options. Furthermore, I appreciated the way the TGS team was able to explain the legal situation and its bearings on the individual options in a way that is easy to understand for a non-lawyer.’
