(CVI) in arranging financing Riga Retail Park for the purposes of co-financing acquisition of real property as well as construction and development of the Saga Lifestyle and Shopping Centre;  Advised the European Central Bank in relation to the revocation of the license of AS Trasta Komercbanka; Successfully represented LV Asset Management AIFP before the financial and capital market commission during granting the status of a registered alternative investment fund manager; provided legal assistance to the University of Latvia regarding the €30m investment contract of the European Investment Bank; advised Nordea Bank AB on re-registration of the securities as the result of a cross-border merger of Nordea Bank Danmark A/S (Denmark), Nordea Bank Finland Plc (Finland) and Nordea Bank Norge ASA (Norway) into Nordea Bank AB (publ) Sweden (€32m).
