• Advising Estonian company 1Home Group AS on acquiring of a student hotel in Latvia and obtaining EUR 8.4 million financing from AS DNB banka;
• Experience in complicated debt recovery matters, court proceedings, insolvency and legal protection proceedings, representing JSC “Norvik Banka” in a complex dispute with one of the largest wind park developers in Latvia
• Participated in the development of regulatory enactments at the Insolvency Administration (the Insolvency Law and the regulatory enactments adopted on the basis of the law).
• Provided lectures and workshops at the trainings and workshops to practising and prospective insolvency administrators organised by the Association of Certified Insolvency Administrators of Latvia and the Insolvency Administration
