Career

Agnese’s experience in large scale, complex disputes, where simultaneous, active and immediate action in different directions is necessary is exceptional. As the leading adviser she continues to provide legal assistance, including dispute resolution strategy development, representation in large number of civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, to Norvik banka in a dispute with a group of debtors of the bank in relation to debt (MEUR61) recovery. Also Agnese advised the insolvency administrator of AS Latvijas Krājbanka SIA KPMG Baltics on the general dispute resolution strategy and assisted in its implementation control in the most complex debt and loss recovery cases (MEUR 53.6 and MUSD 75.3). In addition, she represented KPMG Baltics in several litigation processes, inter alia, against the former board and council member of AS Latvijas Krājbanka and correspondent bank Meinl Bank AG on losses caused to the bank and its creditors.
