• Advised the European Central Bank in relation to revocation of the licence of AS Trasta Komercbanka;
• Advised Swedbank on the acquisition of Danske Bank personal banking business in Latvia and Lithuania;
• Led due diligence in life insurance company portfolio with the aim of acquisition of the portfolio by a credit institution in Latvia;
• Advised SEB bank on providing of MEUR 76 syndicated loan to Linstow Group in Latvia for refinancing its liabilities in the largest shopping malls in Latvia;
• Assisted Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) with its MEUR 103 secured financing documents in relation to Laurus Properties acquisition of Geneba Properties real estate portfolio;
• Assists FMS Wertmanagement AoR with negotiations with the Ministry of Health and the State Treasury and also advises on legal issues like public procurement, state budget issues, issuing of sovereign bonds (MEUR 165);
• Assisted ABN AMRO BANK N.V. with establishing of the commercial pledge over stocks in Latvia owned by Paul Reinhart to secure a Syndicated Facility Agreement;
• Assisted MDM Bank with establishing of a commercial pledge over stocks in Latvia, owned by Simple Wine Trading SA, to secure an Agreement on letter of credits in amount of MEUR 10 and Credit line agreement MRUB 250;
• Assisted Nordea Bank Finland Plc with financing and establishing of security of One Med group (MEUR 31.514).
