Partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions and restructurings of both listed and unlisted companies, as well as joint ventures.

Recent work includes advising: Coty Inc. on its dual listing on Euronext Paris; the French State (Agence des Participations de l’ État) on the recapitalisation of Air France KLM and subsequent share capital increases; Bouygues Telecom on several joint ventures (in particular with Cellnex, Phoenix Tower International and Vauban Infrastructure Partners) in order to deploy and operate fibre optic and 5G networks in France; Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) on the creation of “New Suez”; Sopra Steria on its acquisition of CS Group; Butler Industries on the acquisition of Pierre Hermé and the sale of NXO; Bpifrance on its acquisition of a 12% stake in EuroAPI via an off-market acquisition and its investment in Biose Industrie.

Career

Jérôme joined BDGS Associés in 2015 where he became partner in 2021. He previously worked at Veil Jourde and at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London.
