Partner specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions focusing on public offers and corporate governance.
Recent work includes advising: Crédit Agricole Assurances (Predica) on its acquisition of Eolia Renovables in consortium with Engie from Alberta Investment Management Corporation, on its retail park and travel retail partnerships with Altarea and on the acquisition by Altarea of Primonial Group, and as reference shareholder of Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) in respect of the public offer launched by Inmobiliara Colonial and asset swaps with SFL; the main shareholders of Artefact on the acquisition of Artefact by Ardian Expansion via a block sale followed by a mandatory public offer; and Qatar Investment Authority as reference shareholder of Lagardère.
Before founding BDGS Associés in 2013, Youssef Djehane was a partner since 1994 at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 1986. He was seconded to Allen & Overy, London, in 1990 and then to the World Bank in Washington in 1992.

Antoine Bonnasse intervient dans des deals cotés et non cotés. Youssef Djehane s’illustre dans des opérations de rachats et traite des sujets de gouvernance et des conflits d’actionnaires. Le duo est à l’origine de la fondation du cabinet aux côtés de Jean-Emmanuel Skovron, qui est un expert des investissements publics et des opérations touchant au secteur public. Antoine Bonnasse thrives in listed and non-listed company M&A while Youssef Djehane ’s core fields of focus include takeovers, corporate governance affairs and shareholder disputes. The pair co-founded the firm alongside state investment and public sector transaction expert Jean-Emmanuel Skovron, and the team also includes Marc Loy and Thomas Meli, both particularly active on the cross-border front.
