BDGS Associés has a strong name for corporate and shareholder conflict cases involving leading corporations, regularly advising on some of France's most sensitive cases in this area. It is notably representing Canal+ in a high-stakes dispute with Tf1 regarding broadcasting channel remuneration issues. The team also has very good knowledge of French discovery procedures (article 145) and trade secret issues, while also handling some criminal matters and advising clients on international sanctions. Practice head Kyum Lee is highly recommended, as is Antoine Gosset-Grainville , who is regularly retained by banks to lead strategic cases before the CJEU.
