Career

Kyum Lee joined BDGS Associés as partner in 2018 after several years at Weil Gotshal & Manges.

Specialist in corporate litigation, Kyum advises and represents his clients before the civil, commercial and criminal courts as well as before arbitral tribunals. His areas of practice notably include shareholder disputes, pre/post acquisition disputes.

He has developed an expertise in financial and restructuring disputes (Petroplus, Smoby, Vivarte, CGG).

Kyum Lee has been involved in high profile cases such as the shareholders’ dispute between Lagardère and Vivendi or the dispute related to the insolvency of Petroplus.

He is co-author of Lamy Droit du Contrat and was “Secrétaire de la Conférence” in 2009.
