Position
Partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions, in particular corporate restructurings and spin-offs of both listed and unlisted entities, as well as partnerships and regulatory issues. Recent work includes advising La Banque Postale on its acquisition of Groupama’s 35% stake in La Banque Postale Assurances IARD and of Société Générale’s 35% stake in La Banque Postale Financement; the French State (Agence des Participations de l’Etat and Direction Générale du Trésor) on the reorganisation of the French Public Investment Bank (Banque Publique d’Investissement); Aéroports de Paris on the structuring of its share capital and the regulatory consequences thereof in the context of its privatisation; SNCF on the rail reform in France; Groupama on its joint ventures with Orange in the home telesurveillance industry and the creation of Orange Bank; and Lov Group on the creation of an upmarket hotel located in the Château de Versailles.
Career
Before joining BDGS Associés in 2013, Lucile Gaillard was an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel where she started her career in 2005. She became partner at BDGS Associés in 2016.
