Francesco Di Bari specialises in domestic and international tax planning for multinational groups, including banks, insurance companies and other financial entities. He has extensive experience in all tax issues related to capital market operations, M&A, corporate finance and project financing. Francesco assisted several Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation of important commercial contracts and investment structures, co-investment and disinvestment. He also provided legal assistance to important industrial and financial clients in tax litigation cases and in administrative relationships with the Italian tax authorities (including tax inspections, agreements upon assessment and ruling requests).
