Gabriella Geatti has extensive experience in multiple areas of tax law. In particular, she has gained significant experience in court proceedings before first and second instance tax courts, representing blue chip companies and financial institutions. She also provides assistance in administrative proceedings, in relation to tax settlement proceedings vis à vis the Italian Tax Authorities. Gabriella provides assistance in financial transactions, with particular reference to bond issues and securitisations, as well as advising large industrial groups on issues related to direct taxation.
